「明日惜食主廚計畫」是由「主婦聯盟環境保護基金會」與「仰望教育基金會」共同推動的教育計畫,希望透過學生惜食素養的養成,培養出餐飲界的綠色人才,以及下一代永續環境的觀念,回應「SDG12: 責任生產與消費」及「SDG2:消除飢餓」減少糧食損耗的永續指標。

這份教案希望提供一份「綠色餐飲」的教材設計,讓老師們更容易將「永續飲食」的概念融入自己的教學課綱,鼓勵下一代形成對飲食文化以及永續環境的觀念與具體行動,包含激發餐飲職人開發惜食與低碳料理,養成具有低碳惜食素養的餐飲業人才,形成明日惜食主廚的典範;透過教案設計讓同學更意識到自己的飲食與消費行為,是如何影響我們的環境,進而做出對地球更好的選擇。

Chef of The Future is a sustainable food educational project initiated by the Homemakers United Foundation and the KAO Family Education Foundation. The project aims to cultivate green talents for catering industry through promoting the concept of sustainable eating habits, in response to “SDG12: Responsible Consumption and Production” and “SDG2: Zero Hunger”. This purpose of educational props design is to make it easier for teachers to introduce the concept of “sustainable eating”, providing infographics, hands-on experiment and play props in the kit. Also we organized design thinking workshops to inspire students to think about food conservation and low-carbon cooking through creative ways, and make better choices for the planet.
