Chef of The Future is a sustainable food educational project initiated by the Homemakers United Foundation and the KAO Family Education Foundation. The project aims to cultivate green talents for catering industry through promoting the concept of sustainable eating habits, in response to “SDG12: Responsible Consumption and Production” and “SDG2: Zero Hunger”. This purpose of educational props design is to make it easier for teachers to introduce the concept of “sustainable eating”, providing infographics, hands-on experiment and play props in the kit. Also we organized design thinking workshops to inspire students to think about food conservation and low-carbon cooking through creative ways, and make better choices for the planet.
